Rental Policies

Payments by Email Money Transfer

If you deal at one of Canada’s major banks that allows for Email Money Transfers, feel free to email your payments to holiday@casitadelapenita.ws (deposits and final payments accepted).

Payments by Direct Deposit

Direct deposits for both your initial payment and final payments can be made at any Royal Bank to account number 04356-5102140. If you choose this option, be sure to email us the confirmation number, amount and date of the deposit so we can credit your account.

Payments by Mail

All payments should be made payable to “Tyler Gibbs” by certified check or money order in Canadian funds. Please mail these payments to:

Please note that we do not accept payments by credit card.

Deposit Requirements

We require a $300.00CDN deposit immediately after booking and the remaining balance paid in full 120 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Over 120 days notice Full refund
120 – 90 days notice No refund on deposit
89 – 45 days notice 50% penalty
Less than 45 days notice 100% penalty

*Notes: We do recommend that guests purchase Cancellation Insurance in case of any medical emergency. Call Red Tag Travel at 1-800-667-6961 and quote Customer Reference Number 30013. All cancellations are subject to a $10.00CDN charge for the cost of refunding the deposits and final payments.

We reserve the right to require minimum stay duration during peak season (i.e. Christmas and New Years require minimum 7 or 14 day stays).
