Payments by Email Money Transfer

Payments by Direct Deposit
If you prefer to do a direct deposit to our bank account, please contact us for the appropriate bank information.
Payments by Mail
To pay by mail, please contact us for our mailing address.
Please note that we do not accept payments by credit card.
Deposit Requirements
We require a $300.00USD deposit immediately after booking and the remaining balance paid in full 120 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
| Over 120 days notice | Full refund |
| 120 – 90 days notice | No refund on deposit |
| 89 – 45 days notice | 50% penalty |
| Less than 45 days notice | 100% penalty |
*Notes: We do recommend that guests purchase Cancellation Insurance in case of any medical emergency. All cancellations are subject to a $10.00USD charge for the cost of refunding the deposits and final payments.
We reserve the right to require minimum stay duration during peak season (i.e. Christmas and New Years require minimum 7 or 14 day stays).
